For the technical aspects there are usually quick solutions: bigger servers, outsourcing of the fleet of vehicles, electronic document management, mobile workplaces, etc. More difficult and more important for change is the commitment of the staff to realize and support the need for transformations as well as the implementation of a new corporate culture. It is our task to enable the executives to act as change agents with regard to designing change processes and vitalising the new culture.
