Direct search is an issue which demands empathy and interest.
A vital interest in the assignment is necessary to really understand what it is all about. Sometimes the client has an idea of the formal qualifications a candidate is supposed to have but no clear concept of his or her personality. This is when we come in to discuss and develop the exact specifications. These specifications will motivate the fitting candidates and define the search targets.

Besides identifying the right candidates we are interested in their goals and motivations . The goal is not only to find the best candidate: he or she has to be enthusiastic for the enterprise he is going to work for, so he can fully express himself.
